I have been a loyal customer for years but this about to change. Went to buy a freash turkey like i did last year and all tbe freash one were frozen. I asked tbe meat department guy and he said it was only exterior that was somewhat frozen tbey all come that way...that the inside if the turkey was thawed that was a big lie. Gpt home and let it sit out for a bit and still frozen all the way through. Never bad this trouble in the past buying freash turkey from them. But this year will be the last. Im goi g to start shopping eleswhere even if i have to drive 25 miles out of my way. Dont like the changes ive seen here at this store.
Has a good variety of items you can't get at Fareway. Prices are a bit high sometimes. Good pharmacy and good customer service.
Nice people, fair prices, usaully dont have any issues with anything out of stock or finding what we need!!! The meat counterbis excellent!!!
My mom had a prescription for ear drops her doctor wanted her to stay on for two weeks. She picked up the prescription but towards the end of the week she was running out. So she went back for a refill that it said on that bottle she had. She dealt with a woman named Kori?, who after making us wait for 20 minutes, say my mothers insurance will not let her have any more. My mother tried to explain it said on the bottle she had another refill. But this woman just got rude. So went home a 20 min drive by the way. My mom then spends over an hour and half on the phone with her insurance company before they figured out Hy-vee gave her a 5ml bottle and she was suppose to get a 10ml bottle. They also charged her for the 10 ml bottle. So she calls the pharmacy and is told by Kori that this is all my moms fault because ''she had a bad attitude''. She then hangs up on her. Are you kidding me this is how you let your staff talk to your customers. And this is after they know the mistake was theirs. We did drive back over and they did give her the prescription she was suppose to have all along. Needless to say we will never go back! And I would warn others if you do go there to watch them like a hawk to make sure you are getting the full prescription they are charging you for.
